## What can you find here? 

In the past years the main focus in producing food was the quantity. For food security you have to produce enough food. Nutritional quality is rarely the target of food production. This wiki contains information about nutrition value and cultivation practices, namely: 

-   Human nutrition 
-   Compounds in plant that provide nutritional value 
-   How to measure nutrients in plant foods? 
-   How to change the amounts of compounds with nutritional value in plants?

## Target group 

This specific program is targeted at horticulture and agriculture students at applied Universities (hbo) in the Netherlands.
